Remote Service Rates / Telephone Support
- Allworx IP Systems $85.00 - up to 60 min
- Nortel / Avaya BCM $85.00 - up to 60 min
- Nortel MICS, CICS $85.00 - up to 60 min
On-Site and Remote Service / Support Rates are based on a Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5 pm Eastern Standard Time.
Once the support has been completed, an invoice will be generated and email to you. Payment for technical support must be paid by a credit card. (VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover)
No terms are offered for Remote or telephone support calls.
